University Alumni Awards & Dinner

Challenge:
To create a fresh experience for an annual alumni event, honor and celebrate alumni and create opportunities for donor cultivation
Solution:
We created a new look for the Temple alumni event stage set- instead of using a traditional cherry red as the primary color, used it as an accent, allowing for a more contemporary look. Local news anchors emceed the program. As the program ended- the university’s marching band burst into the room, confetti canons shot into the air and the back of the stage opened to reveal the gala dinner space on the other side of the wall. Guests all walked across the stage into the next room for dinner and dancing.
