Challenge: Hold an invitation-only event for over 2000 of the firm’s top customers. Create an environment which is fun, memorable, and showcases the products of alphabroder’s largest suppliers.

Solution: Held at a different location from year to year; clubs LAX and LIGHT have become our client’s favorites.

At club LAX, guests strut down a red carpet lined with paparazzi, on the arm of a beautiful model, to the club’s grand entrance. Once inside, a The LA ALLSTARS – a high-energy dance band, and a DJ gets the party started with the help of themed dancers, which in the past have included celebrity look-a-likes and silk dancers. Real celebrities have made appearances, like Natalie Gulbis, a professional golfer, who came decked-out in alphabroder’s newest line of athletic team wear. Upstairs, branded suites provided a great setting to showcase best-selling products from top mill suppliers, and for the sales team to network and strengthen relationships with top tier customers.

LIGHT is an extravagantly lit nightclub that incorporates the use of multimedia screens combined with light, video and animated projections to create a mesmerizing, and one of a kind atmosphere. A dynamic DJ energizes guests while Cirque du Soleil acrobats perform jaw-dropping stunts and tricks in time with the music. A branded LED light wall stationed at the entrance of the club provides a great photo-op where guests can pose with themed models sporting the newest alphabroder apparel. Each year, a special performance marks the night and keeps guests talking and guessing until the next! In the past, special performances have included jugglers, magicians, an LED drum-line, bubble contortionists, electric stilt entertainers, and more!
