Winter Wonderland Holiday Party

An annual three-day holiday party turned the Comcast NBCUniversal office space into a winter wonderland. Guests of all ages brought the Christmas spirit to life across three floors of activities, food, and dancing!

Challenge: To create a holiday party on three different floors, which entertains a wide demographic, from young singles to families. The event is held over three nights, so set up must be strategic and not disturb the work day.

Solution: Create a three-tiered holiday party, with each floor tailored to a different demographic of guests. The first floor, dedicated to families and children, featured various themed activities such as cookie decoration, and build a bear, and of course, a photo op with the Christmas party guest of honor – Santa Claus! On the next floor guests could enjoy a delicious dinner and lively conversation, complete with photo-booths, caricaturists, and other interactive activities to ensure a great night! For even more fun, guests could make their way up to the third floor, where they could find a dance club with specialty lighting and soft seating. Celebrity bartenders served creative cocktails while guests danced the night away!
