Challenge: Create a team building event, outside of the hotel, so a new sales operations team can get to know each other better and learn to work together more effectively.

Solution: With a beautiful summer day as the background, teams followed clues to find locations in center city Philadelphia, and then perform the challenge outlined for each location. Every team was given a team-building clue book, a map and a small sum of money for transportation. Our expert facilitator helped set goals and objectives at the start of the event and then helped the team debrief on learned skills from the day at the completion of the event. Teams were scored on time and accuracy.  The team building event was a great success in accomplishing the goals set by the client and providing a fun day of friendly cooperation and competition.
