]]> PHILADELPHIA, April 29th, 2017 – Thousands of attendees arrived at the Great Plaza at Penn’s Landing for the Philadelphia Science Festival Carnival, the final and main event of the festival. Families enjoyed a FREE, all-day, all-ages event featuring more than 175 exhibitors and vendors offering non-stop, family-friendly experiments, games, and activities.

STEM Punks from The Franklin Institute kicked off the Carnival with a 75-rocket salute while onlookers cheered, followed by live entertainment from Alex & the Kaleidoscope band. Throughout the sunshine-filled day along the Delaware River, attendees were also treated to free admission to the Independence Seaport Museum.

The team at Stockton & Partners are proud to be the Philadelphia Science Festival Carnival management sponsor since its inception in 2011.

]]> Stockton & Partners Meetings and Events planned the Einstein Healthcare Network’s 150th Anniversary Celebration Kickoff which featured both Jason Alexander as host and a finale performance by the legendary Diana Ross. Stages located throughout the venue hosted a program of speakers and entertainment. Guests were free to sit in any of the cocktail or lounge seating provided or spend the evening wandering through the event and experiencing a variety of food, photo ops, entertainment, and exhibits while networking and catching up with friends. A dramatic video produced for the event was shown on a 40′x60′ space in the center of the venue. Guests could also order their own customized 150th anniversary “Gear for the Year” ( hats, golf shirts, and other apparel) which included custom made cufflinks, charms and necklaces designed by Bernie Robbins.

]]> Stockton & Partners Meetings and Events was honored to help bring Mayor Jim Kenney’s vision for a truly Philadelphia-centric inaugural “Block Party” to life.   The celebration planners transformed Hall E of the Pennsylvania Convention Center by  using award-winning that food trucks providing an elevated menu of street food, beautiful lighting reflected off fabric walls creating an outdoor, evening look and a selection of seating options. Guests enjoyed the delicious food, while strolling between trucks or stopping to mingle with others.  The program included Philadelphia favorites, Jerry Blavat and Patti Jackson as well as a performance by a jazz band from CAPA.  The evening raised over 700,000 for the School District of Philadelphia.
